Costa Dorada

Costa Dorada, the Golden Coast, stretches for about 220 kilometers along the Province of Tarragona, from Cunit to Alcanar. It borders Costa del Garraf to the north, and Costa del Azahar to the south. Nowadays, thanks to many amazing beaches, hidden coves, calm Mediterranean Sea waters, many water sports opportunities, and vibrant nightlife, it’s a desirable holiday destination in Spain. There you’ll also find amazing towns and natural sites to discover like Tarragona, Cambrils, Siurana, or Reus.

Best time to visit

Costa Dorada has a Mediterranean climate with mild but relatively rainy winters and hot, sunny summers. If you don’t want to experience high temperatures and huge crowds on the beaches and in the cities visit during spring, fall, or winter. If that doesn’t bother you, visit during the high season from June to August.
