Province of Castellón

Province of Castellon is a beautiful region located in eastern Spain, on Costa del Azahar. It’s one of three provinces in the Valencian Community with Castellon as its capital. It’s an underrated and often overlooked region for others like Alicante or Valencia. The Province of Castellon offers a wide range of experiences for travelers who look to relax on stunning beaches, explore historic towns and landmarks, or immerse themselves in nature.

Best time to visit

Province of Castellon has a Mediterranean climate with hot dry summers and mild winters. If really high temperatures, around 30°C, and crowds don’t bother you – visit during the high season from June to August. If you prefer quieter times and lower temperatures, around 15-20°C, choose any month in the lower season. Personally, we think Spring and Autumn are the best.
